The goal is to achieve great patient outcomes by fully utilising all team members.

Who is this suitable for?
This training was designed for oral health therapists, dental hygienists, and dental therapists. It is also valuable for graduate dentists.
A key part of fulfilling your professional obligations is to record and store clinical notes from your consultations. This can help to provide a better, more congruent patient experience as well as protect clinicians if issues arise. Taking effective clinical notes means you can always refer back to your observations and recommendations.
This unique CPD training includes two workshops.
The first workshop with Dr Annalene Weston provides a deep dive into the "how-to" of clinical note-taking including general risk management, records, communication and consent.
The second workshop will be hosted by Jeanette Jifkins, who will help clinicians understand their legal obligations when recording patient data and sharing cases on social media.
Presented by Dental Health Network
Featuring Dentolegal Consultant Dr Annalene Weston and Principal Lawyer and past member of the AHPRA board Jeanette Jifkins
Who is this suitable for?
This training was designed for dentists, oral health therapists, dental hygienists and dental therapists.
Principal dentists and admin teams will also benefit from the second workshop on social media and patient privacy in particular.
One of the big roadblocks for dental teams is how to appropriately staff their hygiene department.
Does the OHT/DH need an assistant?
How do you balance appointments with the dentists' own schedule?
There are many models available for scheduling, and Dr David Kerr will be sharing the different models available, and which model he's found most effective in his own practice in 20 years of working alongside hygienists.

Who is this suitable for?
This training is designed for dentists and admin teams who want to optimise the scheduling of their hygiene department.
OHTs and hygienists are rarely marketed to the public, so most people have never heard of them. And even patients who are familiar with their hygiene team are often unaware of the vast range of knowledge and experience that OHTs, hygienists and dental therapists have, and how they can help them achieve great oral health outcomes.
To fully utilise a hygiene team and maximise the effectiveness of a hygiene department, patients need to be trained to understand the value they'll receive from the hygiene team.
This workshop is all about providing frameworks around how to communicate those skills to patients.
Presented by Dental Health Network
Featuring Elizabeth Mills, Dental Marketing Strategist and Co-Founder of High Production Practice and Dental Assistant Network
